Verita's Backup Exec Ver 9.1 Advanced Open File Option snapshot failed

Our Company is using Verita's Backup Exec for Windows Servers Ver 9.1 Rev 4691. After each backup the next day I am recieving
a Message that (Server: "SERVER-2") (Job: "Daily Backup") The job completed successfully .  However, the following conditions were encountered:

Advanced Open File Option snapshot failed. What does this mean and how do I correct this? 250 Points

The most likely cause for a failed snapshot is that there is insufficient disc space to create the snapshot. You can go into Tools - Wizards - Advanced Open File Wizard and check the settings on the individual server.

Another thought is that you may have selected the Advanced Open File Option, but don't have a license for it...
