Crystal 11 export to editable word (rtf)

I have an end user who has the option to export to editable word.  However, when she chooses the export option nothing happens.  she doesn't get the error stating couldn't export.  she doesn't get the message box with the option to cancel exporting.  She doesn't receive any message or box and the export never occurs.  I am aware that the dll's Crxf_rtf.dll
Crxf_rtf_res_en.dll
are the dll's which give the option of using this export and they are both there and have an August 2005 date associated, which is the correct version of dll's.  We have attempted exporting to application and it doesn't launch the application.  We have attempted to save to disk and it doesn't create the document.  Am I missing dll's?  Could it be a security issue, even though when logged in as Administrator it still doesn't work.

Please help.  Thank you,

You probably are missing dlls.

How was the application installed?  Did you use the merge modules?

Crystal version?  What is the application written in?

O/S?  Any major differences between this machine and the others?

Can she view reports?  Can she print reports?

Crystal version 11.0, the application is written in Visual C++.  OS XP.  Client was mistaken when informing me the other machines worked -- only the ones where Crystal is loaded locally.  She can view reports and print reports and can export to all other formats without issue.  Thank you

I just logged into their system and compared all the dlls on the server in the crystal decision/2.0 bin directory with what is on the workstation and compared Our programs directory (in which we also store dlls) with that particular directory on her workstation and modified the workstation to match the server exactly.  Through dos ran regsvr32 so all dlls which needed registering would be registered.  Rebooted the machine and now we don't even have the option of exporting to the editable word format.

Yes I can still export to the other file types.  I got it to work, don't know why, but I went to a workstation which had crystal XI loaded and copied all of their dll's from the c:\program files\common files\business objects\3.0\bin folder into the c:\program files\common files\Crystal decisions\2.0\bin directory.  I then copied all the dlls which started with crxf_rtf...(approx. 10 of them) into our Programs local directory and ran regsvr from the c:\program files\common files\Crystal decisions\2.0\bin location.  This worked.  Thank you for all your help.
