What's the syntax to mute embeded divx video?

I tried volume="0" but that dosen't work with divx

<embed allowScriptAccess="never" id="np_plugin" type="video/divx" src="http://www.dooglave.info/MarleyRoll.divx" width="600" height="500" mute="true" pluginspage="http://go.divx.com/plugin/download/"></embed>

If you have a link for other switches for divx that would be super cool too!
