Recursive Table in Crystal Report 8.5

Hi,
 
 Can anyone help to print a report from a recursive table from SQL Server.I have a recursive table in SQL Server.(Id primary key & ParentId foreign key).I want the report to accept any Id from table & it should print all the children of that Id group by.(like a tree view in VB).

Hi rkvk,
Use the Heirarchical Grouping option in CR.
Insert a group based on the ID and then use Report>Heirachical Grouping to group by the Parent id.

Hi,

    Sorry its not working.I am passing an Id fto the report , it should bring all its children as a group in the report

So if you use the report without the hierarchical grouping, do you see a list of the required records?

Hi Pete,

    Its working with heirarichal grouping if I create a temporay table & use it in report.
