Hello everyone can any advise me or show me a way to create a backup of exchange server i mean as we have in windows PDC emulator and Additional domain controller as PDC fails ADC takes over is their a way where i can create a backup of exchange as first one fails second one takes up automatically and how do a replicate the mailboxes from my first one to second one.. Pls advise

Not without 3rd party products such as double take.

Or you could place Exchange on a cluster. However this could be expensive.
