WSUS Synchronization Options Screen is Frozen

Last month I implemented WSUS and I love it to death. Everything has been working pretty well up to about 2 weeks ago. When I go into the Synchronization Options screen, everything is grayed out and up at the top it says "Please Wait While Your Settings Are Saved...".
I've restarted IIS to see if it was a webpage issue but it stays at that same screen. It's been like this for 2 weeks. I can't change anything.
Any ideas?

Restart of the server does not help too?

Nope, I've done that but for some reason it started working again yesterday. Weird.
