Server 2003 reboots, recovers from serious error randomly

Hi Experts,

I have a Win 2003 server running Citrix.  Lately, it has started rebooting on it's own and kicking clients off.

Here is the environment I am using (just so you can visualize better).

Win Server 2003 - Citrix 1
Win Server 2003 - Citrix 2
Win Server 2003 - Citrix 3
Win Server 2003 - Citrix 4

Clients connect using Desktop as published application. Each Citrix server is it's own dedicated HP system.  Citrix 1 has crashed once recently. Citrix 3 has done it twice.

The file and email servers are having no problems.

I need help in dissecting the error message.

This is the error:

Event ID: 1003
Error: 1000008e
Parameter 1: c0000005
Parameter 2: bfa61bbf
Parameter 3: b39bc9f4
Parameter 4: 0000000

It has come down to a driver problem from what I have gathered so far. However, I was unable to track down Paremter 2, but did find one result on Citrix support forums for Parameter 3 (which is irrelavent to my problem).

The latest driver change on the system has been the addition of some Epson color laser printers.  Before I start messing with drivers for those printers, is there any way I can figure out it more detail what the event error means?

If you need any more information about the error, such as the complete decimal error, please let me know.

Thanks
