RDP sessions timing out and Locking the computer

I have a Windows 2003 Terminal Server and I have several clients logging in at the same time. After a certain amount of inactivity, the sessions "Lock", and the user needs to log in again to unlock. How do I disable this so the computer stays logged on indefinitely? I have looked in the Terminal Services configuration settings for the connection, but couldn't find a specific spot where this was addressed.
