Hi I have a situation where I would like to send encrypted email from a Website form. ie the content within the form would be sent by email to the Website admin who would then unencrypt with their SMIME key. Is it possible and if so, how?

not natively from CF, and I dont know that anyone has actually done it. I would suggest you could do it through java by extending something like the http://freshmeat.net/projects/smime/ smime project.
