Importing user accounts

I have Excel  spreadsheet that has information about AD users accounts exacly the same as when we create a user in AD.

I would like to export these information to a corresponding OU in AD.

How do I achieve that.

I have read about csvde and ldifde tools but they are not clear.
I have Hyena tool, and don't know if it's able to achieve this

this link has a sample spreadsheet and the code for a vbs app that can be run.  I have done it to create several hundred e-mail contacts in AD but not to create the users.

Modify your spreadsheet, like the example, download the Softerra LDAP browser to look at your current LDAP settings on AD http://www.ldapadministrator.com/download/index.php 

Then copy / paste the sample script from the site into a file with a .vbs extension.  Modify the script for your environment (ie change strOU, change strSheet).  Test with a one line spreadsheet...
