Disable GPO Automatic Updates

I have a group policy that automatically installs and downloads automatic updates to my clients.  I have one W2K system however, that I need to disable this on.  Is there a way on the client to disable it from automatically using the rule for Automatic Updates that GPO pushes down?

Just use security group filtering. Create a security group, for example "G-Pol-AutoUpdate". Add all machine accounts that you want to pull the AU settings.
Move the settings for the AU into a separate GPO. On the security settings for this GPO, remove the Read and Apply permissions from the default "Authenticated Users", add the security group rom above with these permissions insted.
