Feature pack refers to a MOM add-in to monitor the server.

If you are running R2, then the second disk contains the R2 additions and was likely already installed.  Go to Add/Remove>Windows Components to install the new features.

I think the "Feature Pack" you refer to is the R2 components - see above for details on how to install the components.

NFR key for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license (for 1 year, up to 10 users). This license allows for the non‑production use of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 in your home lab without any feature limitations.

R2 is the latest version of Server 2003 in all the product lines.

Log off the server, the logon splash page tells you if it's R2.

The feature pack you describe is the second disk of the R2 (Release 2) and can only be installed on Server 2003 SP1.  You can't download it - it's not free.  You can buy the update for a non-R2 installation.
