Greetings, lake59 !

That error messages means your fax message contains formatted material. The Fax Service cannot render formatted documents. To send a document that contains formatting, you must instead print to the fax printer from the application in which the document was created.

Best wishes!

I am having the same issue when sending from Outlook 2002, 2003, 2007. But it only happens when there are multiple recipients. If I send the same exact message out to only one person it goes through fine. Any thoughts?
