Outlook 2003 crashes when inserting a file
Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000 SP4 crashes when trying to insert a file. The Browse window appears, but is blank. Then seconds later, Outlook crashes. We are able to insert a file by dragging it into the new email. We have also uninstalled MS06-015 which is suggested in some newsgroups. it appears to be an issue only when browsing for the file.

Then she had pointers in her registry hive going to an old location that she no longer had access to. Once all of those were fixed, she was able to attach a file...
All that, just to save a profile!
