I'm trying to test failover with my citrix 4.0 Enterprise Citrix farm.<br />

I shutdown the citrix server that had the citrix license on it and then tried connecting by WI, ICA client, and &nbsp;Metaframe Presentation Server 4.0 Console &nbsp;on the the secondary Citrix server. I was not able to access anything. <br />

What do I need to review to make there is no downtime
