Is there a simple way to flush dns info from my pc and router? If so how can it be done?

It doesnt say anything about the router. What router is it?

Thanks for the quick response. I already tried that. No luck. Not to mention the 2003 Server is our DNS server and all other computers point to it for DNS.....and like I mentioned, all other computers can access the site.
