I know all download accelerator apps have this feature but they can't filter my desired file extension. So, i need a apps which is able to search a website for a given file extension ( example search for flash only, not html,zip,...). Of course, it should be able to download the files it finds for me.

If you go here, it has every download manager that is any good listed in the second paragraph, with links, and has software for converting any internet explorer download manager to a firefox extension. Enjoy.

But regarding "flash only, not html...", see a related note at http://httrack.kauler.com/help/Mirror_only_images

The problem with that is that as an image search it will only search <img> tags, not <embed> tags. This page seems to be more related: http://httrack.kauler.com/help/Exclude_filetypes but it does appear that website copier will do the trick

Point was: HTTrack needs to download the html files that contain the links to the image, flash, document, zip, or any file type. So, as I tested today, using the "-*.htm -*.html" filter means that you won't get the other files that the page contains. Perhaps it should have the option to not SAVE those files even if it gets them....
There are programs that can download just the images for you:
www.adsensoftware.com/imagegrab/      Free Web Image Grabber
www.downloadjunction.com/product/software/17501/index.html   Picture Downloader

I don't know if they have option to get only flash

Yes, they must be, because they need to 'read' the html file to find link to flash file. .swf is not visible at first sigh, unless you look into a directory index, which is normally blocked.

There's no way around it though. You can block loading other file type (img for examples, it will speed up the progress a lot, html file is small and won't cost much bandwidth).
