I need to find a Secure document WebServer.

Need to share private docs must must be able to track downloads and make sure the documents a store in a secure way.

i'm currently trying out : http://www.software602.com/products/edock/ 

Must run under windows server 2003 and support at least 300 users.

Do any of you know other solutions ????

I am not sure how good it will scale, recently I was looking at 'Contineo' and you might take a look at it as well.

I finally stuck onto 'KnowledgeTree DMS'. They have an opensource one and it really is impressive.
