With Internet Explorer running under Windows XP Service Pack2, if we download some PDF or EXE file, it causes an information bar to popup. But after clicking the 'Allow' in Information Bar, the page refreshes. <br />

But this causes a concern if the current page is a dynamic one created out of a form posting in the previous page and becomes acutely significant, if the result is coming from a Payment Gateway or a credit card authorization page. This might result in errors from Payment Gateway or double charging.<br />
