Help!  How to move the Windows 2000 DHCP database to Windows 2003 DHCP?

Dear all experts,

I've go more than 200 records in my Windows 2000 DHCP server and now I would like to move it to the other Windows 2003 Server, does anyone tell me how to do so?  It will be great if there is any "step-by-step" guide.  Thanks a lot!
