OWA script errors in windows XP pro

here is the environment:

OWA 2000 setup on a Exchange 2000 server.

The user has a laptop with two profiles - network and non network. The user has local admin rights on both profiles.
Windows XP Pro IE 6 SP1
Same spyware/antivirus software running in both profiles.

This issue is machine specific

On the network profile OWA works fine with out an issue.

On the non network profile OWA will log in and show the shortcut and folder bar on the left hand side, but where the messages are supposed to be it says "Loading. . . " and never changes.

After about a minute I get two different errors in IE and all I can do is close out of the window.

Error number 1:

Line : 14
Char: 1
Error: Automation server can't create object
Code: 0
URL:http://<local IP>/exchange/<username>/inbox/?Cmd=contents

Error number 2

Line : 1704
Char: 3
Error: Automation server can't create object
Code: 0
URL:http://<local IP>/exchange/<username>/inbox/?Cmd=contents

I've tried to manually reinstall windows scripts 5.6 but did not help - any ideas?

Try this. Keep the shift key pressed and right click to get properties of internet explorer. Select run as and enter the users domain UN and password and domain while logged in as the non domain user. Once ie opens, access owa. If it works, it means that it's a rights issue.
