Archiving Messages
I realize this is not a new idea but is arhiving of Outlook messages/calendars, etc. not designed to moved this information from the server to each user's hard drive on their local machine? If so, why would there be archive.pst files for most of our users on the hard drive of one of our servers, which is not the Exchange server - c:\documents and settings\user name\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook
If I go to the archive settings for one of our users, the path to archive files/folders is identical but I'm assuming this would be the path to their local hard drive.
