Take a look under the File->New->Thread Object.

Basically CBuilder uses a TThread class which allows you to avoid most of the winapi stuff.  The help is pretty good and if you use the file - new method to create the object it will give you all the framework for your own TThread class.  Just fill in the execute method and you more or less have it.

Now when you create one of your new thread class objects you have a thread in your program.
