They've just renamed WinFx (the API's for managed Windows Vista development) to .NET framework v3.0.  Have a look at the pre-release documentation available at:

http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.controls.aspx

My guess would be that any ribbon control (such as the one from the new office) will not be arriving prior to this.  Third party companies like "Infragistics" and many others will support imitations versions sooner than microsoft.

Check out http://www.infragistics.com/resource/Technologies/WPF/Default.aspx for infragistics forthcoming offerings.

But of course it's all random guesswork on what will be out when.  Don't hold your breath would be my advice for now :)

ok, somewhat like "a good way to make people discover a very new user interface" but only avalaible in windows vista...

damned, the ribbon can be "immitated" with TabControl, GroupBox and "basic" controls but it's far from the office ribbon.

thanks for your answer =)

be sure that i'll accept your answer but i'm hoping for unofficial but sure informations (i'm sure you know what i mean).
