I'm using GDI+ and I need to read/save Illustrator files to display them using MFC.

Is there a Class / SDK or library to do this simply with MFC?

You can get Adobe's SDL from http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/illustrator/sdk/topic.html which will give you access to the data. From that point on, you can use GDI+ to display it.
