How to open a normal href new window and control its size

I have a normal <A Href ="blah.html" target="_blank"><imgsrc etc....
How do I get the resulting window from clicking that link to be 800 high by 200 wide, no scroll bars?
Everywhere I look talks about popups that fire off when the page opens, I just want to have a normal window opening when I click the link.
