error when installing exchange 2003: 0xC00703E6

Can anyone please help. I am a bit desparate. I keep geeting the following
error message whenever trying to installing exchange 2003.  My current windows partition size is around 200gb. Thanks in advance.

Looks like there is some issue with installation cd.Do you have another copy of exchange CD and then try with that.
Copy the contents of cd to harddisk and then run the exchange setup.

90% of such issues with error code 0xC00703E6 are due to a bad media. please try changing your media..
