SMS with OUTLOOK & Command Line Arguments

I Want to Send SMS Through OUTLOOK Express that
is to be called from Visual Foxpro

How to call OUTLOOK Express from Visual Foxpro
along with given mail address & Message & how it will
proceed for SMS to mobile.

(IE: I will pass mail id/phone nos. & Text Message as
parameters so that Outlook express directly open with
create mail window with mail-id/phone nos. in mail address box & Text Message in message box.

Further only Just clicking Send Button would proceed for
Sent Mail.

You can call Outlook Express from the command line using the standard mailto syntax (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=192341), but that will only create a message, it won't send it and it won't be an SMS message.  As I said, Outlook Express isn't programmable.  You'll need to use something else to do what you want to do.
