How to Slipstream Toshiba Recovery Disk (XP Home) with SP2, Windows Update & other programs

How do I slipstream Toshiba Recovery Disk (XP Home) with SP2, Windows Updates and other programs? I am using Nero  to burn the DVD and ImgBurn to make ISO. I do not know how to make an ISO with Nero.

In Nero create a new compilation.
Select either DVD iso or CD iso
Click "New" and add your files.
Then click the burn button.

Hi, There is an easier way to integrate the SP's I use Nlite  http://www.nliteos.com/
