I've never seen bluetooth listed in the product specs for the 3620.  But, it looks like it's available.  I gotta remember that this site goes out world wide.  Sorry.

It's not included in this model. The button is a more of a fauxture than an actual feature. The fact that they offer a driver is total..., well it's bad. I'm not sure what all I'm allowed to link to, but it's documented several places online. Here are a couple:
