hi, i was wondering if anyone know of a good script to back up files.<br />
i need to do a backup two times a week at 7 pm copying files from on machine to another machine, and after the back up is completed send an email message<br />
notifying this to me, or if the backup fails also send a message letting me know.<br />

any help, clues, code, whatever is available is greatly appreciated.<br />
