Trouble with sent items Outlook 2003 - Exchange 2000

Hello,
I recently discover a trouble with sent items in outlook 2003 and our exchange 2000 server,
different computer with
winxp sp2 office 2003 sp2 (UK)
or
terminal services 2000 with office 2003 sp2
encounter the following problem:
sometimes (once a month/week)they send an email,
the email appear in the sent items, but the body of the email is blank,
it appears that the destinatory receive a blank email as well,
I am sure that they write correctly the email and send it, but
why do this sent items looks blank in the body ?

The rest of the time everything is working correctly...

Last time I saw this it was caused by a misconfigured antivirus application.
Make sure that any AV on the server is configured to NOT scan the /exchsrve directories.
