OWA Password reset error: object required

I download the tech net article for installing the OWA password reset feature in OWA.  After making the registry changes, IISADMPWD directory etc, everything looks fine except:  when I fill in the fields and click okay I am getting an error:  object required.  I know MS has a hot fix out but the list of fixes did not address this particular issue although it seems to be rather common.  I am running Exchange 2003 w/ SP2 on a 2003 server with all of the updates.

You have to register iispwchg.dll for object required issue.

To register the file in IIS 6.0, type the following command at a command prompt:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\iisadmpwd\iispwchg.dll
