We have a Citrix farm with 6 presentation servers.

After experiencing a few problems with Pinters lateley we have diabled Legacy Client Printers in the generic policy for the farm.

My question is this, what does the Legacy Client Printers option do? Since disabling we have numerous problems generating and printing reports in Crystal Reports (via Citrix).

I would suggest using the Enabled option on this policy and then test the 2 raido button options: session private and "old style".  The session private printers use the new CTX_SmaUser account and a couple of services to handle printer mapping.  Legacy printing reverts the system to MetaFram XP style printer mapping.
