What kind of bladecenter you have tought off ?
We recently moved 2 disks from an HP DL380 G4 into a HP E20p Dual Xeon 64bit blade with Windows 2003 Installed and it completely booted without any issues, perhaps just reconfiguring your network cards....

Also what kind of servers do you want to migrate ? windows ? linux ?

This would be to an IBM bladecenter.  Looking for some best practices on migrating applications that need to have the same host name or ip address.
