Recently given an older computer for my 4 yr. old son to play games on, not at all video intense games (Blues Clues, Dora, etc..) Anyway when we try to go into the games a window titled &quot;Microsoft Direct Draw&quot; pops up and says &quot;&nbsp;You must be running in 256 mode or higher, you can change the color depth from the control panel display icon&quot;... I've tried this, the only display settings available are 2 color and 16 color, or should I be looking elsewhere? The monitor is an old IBM &nbsp;G40 and the vid. card is an 8mb. do I need to change the card or monitor?.... just in case you need to know, celeron A 500 mghz. 370 mb. ram
