Connecting Qlogic Switch to Cisco Switch

I am looking for a whitepaper or someone that has knowledge on connecting a qlogic switch in an IBM bladecenter to a cisco 9100.  the cisco will do all the zoning the qlogic will just connect to the switch.  What needs to be done on the qlogic switch.

The Cisco 9100 *is* a QLogic switch as well, so this should be pretty straightforward. Both switches must have the following settings the same:

Domain ID
BB_Credit on the ISL ports
And you'll probably need to set all switches to Open Fabric mode. You then connect one switch to the other and the two switches will form a fabric with the new, unconfigured (ie unzoned) switch taking the configuration of the master switch. If you have done no configuration on the QLogic blade switch, plug it in to the Cisco 9100. It should attempt to form an ISL by default. If it does not, then check the settings noted above. If it still won't play nicely, then check the Cisco and IBM documentation listed below.
