Hi,

I've created an appointment in outlook and I want to email it to somebody else so that can click on it and add it to their calendar.  I want to do this with contacts too.

Can I open up a contact or appointment and do a "send to" to just email it as a vcf or such attachment?

Thanks!
Gene

Hi ugeb,

You can select a contact or an appointment and then click Actions->Forward as iCalendar/vCard respectively.

Cheers!
