3000 emails in queue

We are running Exchange 2003 with SP2. In our OWA Front End server, there are over 3,000 emails. They are sent from postmaster@chicagotech.net. We don’t have this mailbox. So I deleted them manually. Why do we have these mails in the queue and how can we delete them automatically?

Deleting postmaster@ will not help. You may as well put that mailbox back.

That will show you how to deal with the issue then clean up the queues.

Thank you for the help.  I am in Step 3: Clean up the Exchange Server queues. Where is the Server Management tool?

Its always the same tool - Exchange System Manager. It will be in the Exchange Server program group.
