Very small attachments work fine.  BUT on andything larger than like 50kb, I click the browse button, then attach and it starts but then the attachment screen goes white and stops.  Any ideas?

Yes, JUST OWA.  This is weird because it uses 443 and so is our RPC/HTTP(s) where I can post fine.

The problem here was that owa scratchpad was not expanded and an ISA patch that needed applying.  It was also a setting on ISA blocking attachments.
