The problem here was that owa scratchpad was not expanded and an ISA patch that needed applying. &nbsp;It was also a setting on ISA blocking attachments.

Very small attachments work fine. &nbsp;BUT on andything larger than like 50kb, I click the browse button, then attach and it starts but then the attachment screen goes white and stops. &nbsp;Any ideas?

Exch2k3 OWA using HTTPS.  It seems any attachments larger than like 50 kb won't attach in Public folders or email.
