Hiya Experts,

I got my users setup on "work offline" instead of "connect" mode since the exchange servers are at a remote location to avoid bandwidth traffic.   But downside with offline mode is the unability to see calendars availibility of other users.  What is the best way to setup free busy server so offline users can publish the calendar and can see others availibity even when offline.

Thanks.

You can't see availability of other people offline.

Thats it.

If you want to be able to see that information then you need to be online - or use OWA.

No.
Think about it - it would require the Outlook clients to have a copy of everyone's diary. It would be out of date very quickly.

Thats true but I was hoping they will have some capability to post the free/busy in the CW environment, just like you can do in the internet e-mail setup.
