Utility to format & partition a USB drive

I am looking for a utility that will allow me to partition an USB drive and format the partitions to either having a CDFS or a FAT fs.

I used 'HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool'  to do this

Also you can use Fdisk to partition it..

Thanks for your quick ressponse. I can do the FAt file system with the HP tool but I cannot find the option to create a CD file system in one of the partitions.
