Is there a way (a program or scripting) to automate deleting items from the recycle bin that are 30 days old or older?

Yeah, I've seen that script before but it doesn't really do what I need. I want it to run automatically every night and delete the files that are a month old. With that script you need to input a specific date. How can I modify it to delete items that are a month old?
