ListView Column Headers : Height and Resize

Hi,

Using VB.Net, is it possible to get the height of the column header of a listview ?  There is a 3 pixel difference between Windows XP classic and XP themes and I need to move controls according to these sizes.

Ans is it possible to disallow resizing on column headers ?
