Updating the domain as preperation for Windows 2003 R2

in preperation to update the schema master we run ADPREP /FORESTPREP and shown that its completed Successfully them we started the second step  adprep /domainprep  its gave us ameesange saying (forest wide information needs to be updated before the domain wide information can be updated .
mentioning that we have to run adprep /forestprep

can we run the forestprep step again.

Notes

we have 2 DC win 2000 sp3 servers and one backup domain nt4 sp6 controller in Mixed mode envirment .

you can run the adprep tools however many times you like
