How can you set up different sent item retention policies for specific individuals?

We currently have a sent item retention policy set on the First mail information store to 90 days.  I have executives that want this policy enforced for staff, but would like to have their sent items remain much longer.  How can I set individual sent item retention policies that over ride the global sent item retention policies that are set in the recipient policy on the exchange server?

We are running exchange 2003 SP2

Any help is appreciated,

You have to create new recipient policies, then adjust the filters and weight so that it catches the right accounts. Run it on report mode initially until you are sure that it is correct.

We have set this up and are testing it.  Seems like it should do the trick.

Thanks,
