Running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 and OWA

I'd like to include a disclaimer statement on all our outgoing email. I plan on installing on my Exchange server an add on called Police Patrol Disclaimer email 4. This will allow me to append a disclaimer. I also would like to have a second disclaimer statement avaliable for my users to insert when appliacable. In other words I need to be able to insert the disclaimer statement when I need to which is an addition to a disclaimer note controlled by Exchange.

Any suggestions?

Simple. You can use the signature feature in outlook for the users( Tools > Options > Signatures button) . If the users are using word then the way to setup the signature is to be found at New message window > Tools > Options > General tab > Email Options button.

The users can select the signature that they need when they need it.

You are most welcome. However it's bad of you to give me a C where I did not know what your exact requirement was. In this case deployement, perhaps you have a lot of users.

Anyway, glad you got a solution.
