I have VC.Net Application (EXE),how do i convert it to a web Application in Dot net?

Usually, you cannot easily.  

If your application has been layered such that your Presentation (UI) logic is separated from your beusiness rules, then you may be able to salvage something.  Otherwise, I'm afraid you pretty much have to throw it all away and start again.
