Hello,
Just a question of curiousity: Can the PRC executables be decompiled (for example to C language)?

yes, it must be possible to do that, however, i personally don't have any experience.  a quick search revealed these links, which i think look promising:

note: though technically feasible, reverse engineering of software can be illegal.  use a decompiler only when you are the owner of the software or when you are granted the right to do so by the owner.
