Hi,

Where can I get a diagnostics utility specific to HP notebooks I want to run hardware tests on HP nx 9000.

Or in Windows XP you can start the System Health Scan by clicking Start, Help and Support then Troubleshoot a Problem. Under Step 1, click the link for Check Your Computer

okay there is one more way, you can get hold of any hp technician and copy their hp service cd.

Have you tried these diags? Afraid it's two floppies rather than CD but I suppose you can make a bootable CD and put the programs on there instead.
